Meet Caryn Hardy
I’m Caryn Hardy, a multi-award-winning skin therapist with over 30 years of experience in advanced clinical skincare and skin analysis. For decades, I’ve helped clients step away from aggressive treatments, conflicting advice, and fleeting trends, and instead embrace a more intelligent, sustainable approach to skin health.
My work is grounded in science, guided by experience, and refined by passion. I specialise in supporting skin through hormonal and age-related changes, with particular expertise in peri-menopausal and menopausal skin.
Here, skin health is understood as a sophisticated conversation between cells, hormones, lifestyle, and time, and every treatment honors that complexity.
